JL6006 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Bet

1 Introduction

Welcome to JL6006. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you") and JL6006 ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the jl6006 website at jl6006.net and all associated services, including sports betting, gaming products, and promotional programmes.

By registering an account with jl6006, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the jl6006 platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain a jl6006 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

3 Account Rules

Each member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) jl6006 account. If we detect that a member has opened multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — we reserve the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets, and retain any balance as permitted by law.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your username, password, or one-time PIN (OTP) with any third party. JL6006 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any activity carried out using your login credentials is your responsibility.

• Log out after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Contact jl6006 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

JL6006 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance within it to another person under any circumstances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at jl6006 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). JL6006 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Deposits are credited to your jl6006 wallet instantly for GCash and Maya; within 15 minutes for bank transfers during business hours.
• JL6006 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. Fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside our control.
• All deposits must originate from accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified account in your name.
• JL6006 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on jl6006 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules may also apply and are available within the relevant product section of the platform.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only considered placed and binding once you receive a confirmed bet reference number in your bet slip. Bets not confirmed due to a connection error, system timeout, or insufficient balance are not valid.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum single-event bet is ₱50. Maximum stakes vary by market, event, and account tier. JL6006 reserves the right to limit stakes at its discretion.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the final odds that apply to your bet.
• Cancelled events: If an event is cancelled or postponed before it begins, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes are returned to your wallet in full.
• Void bets: JL6006 reserves the right to void any bet that is accepted as the result of an obvious pricing error. Members will be notified of voided bets, and stakes will be refunded.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. JL6006 may suspend live markets at any time without notice, including during play stoppages or technical reviews.
• Match-fixing: Any bet suspected of being linked to match-fixing or irregular betting patterns will be suspended pending investigation. JL6006 cooperates with relevant authorities and sporting bodies in such matters.

JL6006's decision on the settlement of all bets is final, subject only to the formal disputes process described in Section 12 of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

JL6006 offers various promotions to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and parlay boosts. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion applies to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first meet the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated balance becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets, and expiry dates are specified in the individual promotion terms published on the jl6006 Promotions page.
• JL6006 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Members who have already claimed a bonus will not be retroactively disadvantaged by changes made after their opt-in.
• Bonus abuse — including any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements through low-risk hedging, multiple accounts, or coordinated betting — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure.
• JL6006 may request that a member provide additional verification documents before releasing bonus-related winnings.

7 Responsible Gaming

• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a specified amount of time spent on the platform in a single session.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl6006 and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the jl6006 platform.
• Losses caused by interruptions to the service due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances outside jl6006's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds or market pricing that are corrected under the void bet provisions of Section 5.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own failure to protect their credentials.

JL6006 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. JL6006 is not liable for losses incurred during periods of planned or unplanned downtime.

11 Account Termination

Members may close their jl6006 account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team at support@jl6006.net. Before an account is closed, all pending bets will be settled and any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be withdrawn to the member's verified payment method.

JL6006 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account — and to void any outstanding bets and retain balances as permitted by law — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Opening or operating duplicate accounts.
• Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or match-fixing involvement.
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward jl6006 staff.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.

Where an account is closed by jl6006 due to a breach, we will provide written notification by email. The decision may be appealed through the disputes process within 14 days of the notification date.

12 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your jl6006 account, a bet settlement, a payment, or any aspect of our service, please follow this process:

1. Contact support first. Reach out to our 24/7 support team via live chat or email at support@jl6006.net with full details of your complaint, including your account username, the relevant date and time, and the specific issue.
2. Allow reasonable time for investigation. Most complaints are resolved within 48 hours. Complex cases involving bet settlement investigations may take up to five (5) business days.
3. Formal escalation. If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may formally escalate the complaint in writing to our compliance team. Escalated complaints will receive a final written response within ten (10) business days.

JL6006's internal dispute resolution decision is final on all matters within our platform's discretion. For matters falling under regulatory oversight, you may escalate to the relevant Philippine gaming authority.

13 Amendments to These Terms

JL6006 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, members will be notified via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the jl6006 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and submit an account closure request before the changes take effect.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — if not resolved through the complaints process in Section 12 — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines.

JL6006 operates under the oversight of the applicable Philippine gaming regulatory authority. Our licenced status confirms that our operations, products, and these Terms are regularly reviewed for compliance with Philippine law.
